Bar Skills
This one day course deals with the skills and knowledge required to carry out bar operations in a range of hospitality enterprises. It reflects the role of a bar attendant.
On-Site Requirements:
Duration: 6 hrs
Pre-Requisites: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Who should do this course: People working in food and beverage.
Course Content: Learn to:

Pour beer

Open and present wine

Pour shots

Mix drinks

Prepare the bar with consumables

Navigate your way around the washer

Use post-mix guns and ice machines
Assessment: There is no formal assessment for this course.
Outcome: On successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Attendance in “Bar Skills”.

- 1 form of Photo ID (i.e. Passport, Drivers licence, Photo ID card, Student card)
Please note: As of 13th December, 2008 Proof of Age cards are no longer valid forms of photographic identification. All Proof of Age cards must be changed over to the NSW Photo Card available from the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW.
