Our 1 Day Responsible Gambling Services (RGS) training course provides hotel, bar and club staff with the knowledge and awareness required to responsibly provide gambling services within licensed venues in NSW.

On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “Responsible Gambling Services SITHGAM006A” as part of Certificate II in Hospitality as well as the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) certificate. Certificates are issued same day! |

Please note: As of 13th December, 2008 Proof of Age cards are no longer valid forms of photographic identification. All Proof of Age cards must be changed over to the NSW Photo Card available from the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW.
